Sirens are tested at 11:45 am in collaboration with the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (HI-EMA) and local radio/TV/Cable broadcast partners. To report siren problems, malfunctions, or vandalism, call 911. The public may contact emergency management and county civil defense agencies to report siren o
